What if my item arrives damaged?
Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, however, sometimes damage does occur during transit. If you have any issues with your delivery please refer to our return policy.
How long will it take to ship my order?
All in stock items will take 1 - 2 business days to ship. Any custom products can take 3 - 7 business days to ship. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details
Who pays for return shipping?
In case of a Liminal Goods error such as manufacturing defects, damages, and incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the product is being returned for reasons other than a Liminal Goods error, we will not pay for the return shipment.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a purchase. If a shipping label has not been created we can almost always stop the order. In the case of custom products if the items have already been manufactured we will not be able to cancel.

How do we grade our records?
We use the same grading system as Discogs: The Goldmine Standard. This ensures that we can provide you with the best purchasing experience.
Why provide cleaning for new records?
Pressing plants are not perfect environments which leaves room for dust and debris to enter your record grooves. We offer our cleaning service so that your records are free of most dirt, dust, packaging debris, and static. This ensures that you will have a high quality listening experience right out of the box.
Can I request restocks or new records?
While we are not in the business of sourcing records, we will do our best to find what you need. Please reach out to us via the Contact Us page for any requests.

Can you engrave logos or images?
We can engrave logos or images on any of our custom made products as long as it is requested. Please provide as much detail as possible so that we can make your preferred customization as accurate as possible.
What if my item has problems?
While our custom made products are non-returnable this does not mean that we won't assist you. Any product defects, manufacturing mistakes, or shipping damages are covered on our behalf. Please notify us of any issues using our Contact Us page.
Will more wood options be added?
While there are logistical and manufacturing details that need to be adjusted before selling, we can create items if they are requested. If you would like to have a specific wood type or stain, please reach out to us with your request via our Contact Us page.
