Each disc features a selection of tracks pertinent to their respective character, presenting the newer arrangements made for the Nier Replicant ver. 1.22… game and various alternate versions and arrangements from various past releases, with a brand new arrangement exclusive to this line of releases per disc.

Packaged in a clamshell box, the set includes each record in its own individual sleeve, with illustrations throughout the set by manga artist Shirow Miwa. Each record includes a 12"x12" info sheet featuring release credits and, on its reverse, a code and instructions for a digital download of their respective contents. The set includes a cardstock record display stand with the silhouette of a Lunar Tear flower printed on it.

A number of copies sold through Amazon.co.jp included a bonus 24x24cm "Megajacket" print depicting the box set's cover illustration.
